PRIO October 2024 Operational Data

– PRIO S.A. (“Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), following best practices incorporate governance and transparency, informs its preliminary and non-audited Operational Data for the month of October.

Key:

(1) In the Polvo and Tubarão Martelo cluster, production was affected by the shutdown of wells TBMT-10H and TBMT-4H due to the failure of the Submerged Centrifugal Pump, which are still awaiting IBAMA’s approval to begin the workover.

(2) Albacora Leste had its production impacted due to the replacement of a turbine, which is underway and expected to be completed by the first week of November. (3) As provided for in the JOA (Joint Operating Agreement), in October, Repsol Sinopec Brasil S.A. sold 929.689 barrels relating to its share of production from December/23 to October/24.
